New patients
Joining Brightside Dental
A simple, honest start. Here is exactly what happens when you join us, with no surprises along the way.
How it works
Three easy steps
-
1
Call or book online
Phone reception on 0113 496 0221, or send an enquiry through the contact page. We will find you a time.
-
2
Your new patient exam
A 40 minute appointment with xrays and a full check. You leave with a written plan for anything you need.
-
3
A clear quote first
Before any treatment starts, you get a transparent quote. Nothing goes ahead until you are happy.
Nervous patients
You are welcome, however you feel about the dentist
If you find the dentist hard, tell us. It changes nothing about how welcome you are, and everything about how we look after you.
We keep the pace slow, explain as we go, and stop whenever you need. Bring a friend if it helps. When you would like more support, ask about sedation options.

Good to know
Who we are welcoming
- We are accepting new private and Denplan patients now.
- Our NHS list is closed at the moment, so all care is private or Denplan.
- In pain? Call before 10am for a same day emergency appointment.
- Free parking behind the building, and bus stops right outside.
Questions
Common questions
Are you taking NHS patients?
Not at the moment. Our NHS list is closed, so we care for private and Denplan patients. We will always be upfront about this.
I am nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Yes. We are genuinely good with anxious patients. We go at your pace, explain everything, and can talk through sedation options if you would like.
Do you offer finance?
Invisalign is available with 0% finance over 12 months. Ask us and we will explain how it works.
How much is a first visit?
A new patient exam is £65. It runs about 40 minutes and includes xrays and a written plan.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call reception before 10am and we will do our best to see you the same day. Please phone rather than use the form for urgent help.
